To provide our routing and execution services, KRIDIX requires certain information, including but not limited to: user account details, broker API keys, API secrets, and client mapping names (e.g., Master and Client configurations). We also log execution data (trade timestamps, symbols, quantities, and status) purely for displaying your real-time dashboard and order history.

2. Security of API Credentials

Your trust is our priority. Your broker API keys and secrets are stored securely and are used strictly to authenticate and route your trades directly to your respective broker (e.g., Dhan). We do not use your credentials for any unauthorized transactions.

3. Data Usage & Third-Party Sharing

KRIDIX functions purely as a technology bridge between you and your broker. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, trading strategies, or execution logs with any third-party marketing agencies or external data aggregators. Your trading data is visible only to you via your dashboard.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to manage active user sessions, maintain security, and save your dashboard preferences (such as dark mode or layout settings). By using KRIDIX, you consent to the use of these essential technical cookies.

5. Data Deletion

Users hold the right to disconnect their accounts at any time. Upon terminating your KRIDIX account, your API credentials and mapped client configurations will be permanently removed from our active execution database.
